Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund or return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take great measures to ensure our product quality but sometimes things go wrong during delivery. Please help us take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and email info@beautygirlclub.com. We will then ship the correct/non-defect item back to you at no additional cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee and the shipping fee from you to Beautygirlclub.



Refunds
Once you contact us and provide evidence. We'll offer refunds for damaged goods. And let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
